Since moving back to her hometown of South Walton over 24 years ago, Kelly has been an integral part of the local community. Her enthusiasm for sharing this paradise with others has only grown, and she continues to thrive as a devoted wife and mother to John, Grace, and Wilson.

John, who successfully established a real estate appraisal business in 2003, adapted to the changing market by obtaining his real estate sales and mortgage loan originator licenses. His decision to dive into 30A Vacay alongside Kelly was a pivotal moment in our company’s history. Together, their combined expertise and passion have been the driving force behind our growth and success.
